Responsibilities:
•
Activelysupport Sales Team and Client Service Team.
•
Performgeneral office duties to support Sales / Marketing & Client. Preparesales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals,contracts, or banquet event orders). Promote awareness of brand imageinternally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages(e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Monitor progress and co-ordinateefforts.
•
Serveas the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and emailto respond to questions and requests.
•
Schedulethe flight plan with the forwarders. Monitoring transit time and flightschedule
Requirements:
•
Teamplayer with the ability to work independently and is focused
•
Verygood analytical skills
•
Fluentin Dutch and English is a must, Chinese is a plus
•
Excellentskills in Microsoft Office Suite and other technologies
•
Goodwritten and verbal communication skills
•
Experienceswith export and import overseas
