Check the spare parts inventory; Technical Service Responsibilities: Providing technical service/ support for EDAN distributors and customers in Europe, including: 1. Field service for EDAN products; 2. Product repair and maintenance in EDAN Germany office; 3. Repair, test, documents maintain for DEMO or Service EDAN products; 4. Assists with all Service Logs, Procedures management; 5. Remote support of performing troubleshooting and investigations to identify and solve problems (telephone and/or email); Customer Training & Visiting & Other 1. Overview
