Purpose:
Our Client is an innovative technology business currently undergoing massive global expansion. Currently operations span North America, Europe and Asia and its revolutionary products have reached customers in 40 countries, for a broad range of industry applications. They are now looking to expand their Marketing Team focused on the European market within their global business segment.
Description:
Our client is looking for a PRODUCER / PRODUCTION MANAGER EUROPE specialist based in their German office in Frankfurt. This person will work within the company’s creative team and will work closely with the general marketing team, the events team, pilots, editors and directors to create high-end film and video content for commercial and artistic films as well as footage of the company’s own events across Europe.

• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Assessing project and resources requirements
• Negotiating with vendors, officials, event owners and agreeing budgets, timelines, owners, workload
• Overseeing production processes
• Determining quality control standards
• Demonstrating a good awareness of health and safety issues
• Location scouting
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing necessary materials
• Close alignment with the creative team to understand team’s requirements
• Event management support
Requirements:
• Proven working experience in the film-, video or advertisement industry
• Strong organizational skills
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity etc
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• BS degree in economics, engineering, social studies or IT required
• Willing to travel >60%
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Highly self driven and self motivated
• Experienced in working in ambiguous environments
• Work with various departments (Creative/Design/E-Commerce/PR/Sales) in promoting the brand within brand limits
• Strong team member, able to work with others in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Highly organized
• Native or fluent English or German necessary, additional languages a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese preferred)
