I am a student in RWTH Aachen University. Because my roommate will move out before the end of this Dec., I am finding another new roommate now. The room is available from Jan. 1st, 2015.
The room is on the 2nd floor, locating at the Aachen city center, 3 min walk from the bus station Bushof. The exact address is Komphausbadstr 4, 52062 Aachen.Your roommate can speak English and German language fluently.
There are all furniture you need in the flat, including the bed, sofa, desk, chair, cupboard,pans, cups, scoop and dishes, refrigerator, dishing washing machine and washing machine, so you don’t need to bring anything but your own clothes when you move in.
The total rent is 380 Euro per month and the caution is also one month rent 380 Euro.
