鄙人擅美工，多年游戏公司经验，现着手开发一个与HAY DAY类似的多人经营iOS游戏，美术已完成30%左右，游戏大纲初具框架，现诚邀各位游戏设计、编程、策划达人加盟，已完成一个娱乐性及观赏性兼佳的游戏。
现招募
iOS 客户端程序员：
Coding developer:
Objective-C, C/C++ and experience with iOS App development
Experience with Cocoa 2d development
Knowledge of iOS 8 features
Proven experience: you’ve published your own Game on App Store or have worked on a team that has done so.
Experience using RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications with server side systems
Previous experience with other mobile SDKs, particularly Android and releasing Apps is a bonus, as is experience with cross platform tools like Unity, PhoneGap, Titanium, etc.
服务端程序员：
Server developer:
Experience with PHP(or python/nodejs) and mysql development
Experience high-concurrency web environments
Knowledge of the NoSQL technologies like mongoDB or Redis a bonus
Knowledge of Amazon Web Service
策划：
Game Designer:
be able to work in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
be able to communicate your vision to artists, programmers, producers, marketing staff, and others involved in the development process
feeling for In game economy
worked on own Game on App Store or have worked on a team will be a big plus.

利益分配：
游戏分红合同分两次签署,分别为 prototype 合同及 final game 合同。
秉承分工协作原则，所有核心人员，均有游戏主体参与权，项目利润按比例进行分摊并预留一定比例的项目费用，具体比例均以书面形式签署。
如果你无法全心投入，但也充满兴趣，我们也欢迎参与，虽不享受分红，但可根据工作具体情况获得酬劳.
