工作职责/Responsibilities:
1. 产品体验与推广 / Product Experience & Promotion:
- 为SpatiX服务用户提供支持，通过演示展示产品优势。
- Provide quick response and support to users interested in SpatiX services; demonstrate product advantages through hands-on experience.
2. 客户服务及支持 / Customer Service & Support:
- 处理硬件设备问题，维护本地合作伙伴关系。
- Handle hardware repair requests and maintain relationships with local partners.
3. 市场调研 / Market Research:
- 研究GIS及相关行业，撰写高质量报告。
- Conduct research on GIS and related industries; compile high-quality market reports.
4. 品牌曝光 / Brand Exposure:
- 参加行业展览，利用社交媒体提升品牌知名度。
- Attend industry exhibitions and leverage social media to enhance brand visibility.
任职要求/Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历在读留学生，测绘、地理信息、计算机、市场营销等专业优先。
- Current undergraduate/postgraduate students; majors in Surveying, GIS, Computer Science, Marketing preferred.
- 优秀的沟通能力和服务意识，能独立解决问题。
- Strong communication skills and service mindset; ability to solve problems independently.
- 熟练掌握英语及至少一种当地语言。
- Proficient in English and at least one local language (based on location).
- 对高科技产品感兴趣，具备团队合作精神。
- Passion for high-tech products; excellent teamwork skills in multicultural environments.
- 有相关实习经验者优先。
- Prior internship experience is a plus.
