We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised Driver Manager to effectively lead and manage the driving team performance for our fresh food e-commerce business. The role is responsible for the efficient supervision and coordination of all activities relating to delivery operations of the business as well as providing support to the management team to ensure smooth running and day to day operation.
Responsibilities
[list][*]Manage and recruit highly motivated and hardworking drivers[*]Deliver trainings to help drivers get familiar with their assigned areas, with software operation in order to boost delivery efficiency[*]Serve as the main communication contact for independent contractor drivers[*]Design and optimize the driving routes to increase order density and reduce gas costs[*]Design and implement drivers' rewarding system to incentivise efficient high-quality delivery[/list]
Job Requirements
[list][*]Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the delivery industry[*]Bachelor's degree or above[*]Ability to be detail-oriented and be able to work independently[*]Ability to communicate in a professional manner; Ability to organize and prioritize work[*]Computer proficient. Above average MS Word/Excel skills[*]Driving License[*]Language skills: bilingual in English or Mandarin is a plus[/list]Salary: €2000-€4000/Month
