6. 较强的英语和普通话口头、书面和人际沟通能力
7. 能够独立工作，能够团队合作

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with vendor, deploy, configure and manage network/IT devices according to design
2. Interface with end-customers to understand system needs, present technical solutions
3. Interact with and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects
4. Identify, track, mitigate, and manage technical risks
5. Study technical Document and solutions from product website
6. Conduct research and exploration of suitable technologies to create an optimized solution suitable for implementation
7. Provide training to the junior engineers and responsible for their technical skill improvement.
8. Responsible for all technical issue resolve
9. Reports to senior management on development status
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent.
2. Experience in implementing and administrating network devices such as Switches, Routers, Firewall, Wireless Controllers, and Wireless Access Points
3. Experience in implementing and administrating Server hardware and software including Operating System and Application
4. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
5. Able to guide junior team member for technical issue
6. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills in English and Mandarin
7. Able to work independently and able to work in a team
