go ahead 继续进行(表示同意)(agree on sth; go on doing sth)

keep track of 知道…踪迹,一直知道…(对照反义习语lose track of一起记忆)

A:你的钟很多嘛!好像每个房间都有一个钟。
B:My family gave themto me because I have trouble keeping track of time.
B:是我家里给我的,因为我总是忘记时间。
keep track of 掌握线索,注意动向(to keep oneself informed about a person or state of affairs)
例句:l.The computer warning system keeps tracksof a driver's condition by monitoring his heart beat with signals transmittedfrom a band round his wrist.

I have seen worse.我见过更糟的(这个习语一般用来表达正在讨论的东西还不错。对照I've seen better.我见过更好的,表达正在讨论的东西不怎么样)
