职位描述1. responsible for investigation and research of the development of forging field at home and abroad, write proposal report for company with products suitable to develop; 2. responsible for study of advanced forging technology at home and abroad, introduce and absorb, carry out technical innovation, reduce costs; 3. lead or guide product development; 4. guide the design and development of forging die; 5. participate in product development, process planning, technical transformation, process review of new products, etc. 6. responsible for technical support of major technical problems on site; 7. ability to train and guide internal engineers.

国内知名锻造企业招聘：具体要求如下1.男性，本科以上学历，材料类、成形方向；有丰富经验的退休专家不强求学历要求；
2. 1）5至10年锻造技术经验，有锻造自动化或汽车领域经验的优先；2）退休行业专家；
3.具有从设计到生产的丰富经验；
4.熟练掌握热锻、温锻、冷锻等锻造技术及热温冷三种工艺之间联合成形工艺，优先考虑熟悉铝合金与不锈钢材料锻造工艺；
5.熟悉各类锻造设备与模具加工设备；
6.熟悉ISO/TS16949汽车行业的质量管理体系；
7.熟练应用Deform等相关锻造模拟软件，UG和CAD软件（退休专家不作为必须条件）；用工方式灵活，1）全职；2）定期指导；3）具体商定
