职位描述Location: Huaqiao, Kunshan, Jiangsu province (45mins from Shanghai) We are looking for YOUNG profiles!!! Potential and talented managers who can bring added value and accompany the amazing growth/project of Decathlon in China. YOUR MISSION: Be Responsible for one logistics department and manage your department with full autonomy. - You recruit, induct, train, and manage a team of 10 to 15 person. - You define your ambitious long-term project and lead your department to develop. - You manage the KPI of your department. - You manage daily activities of your department to ensure smooth operations with high efficiency & accuracy to satisfy our users in Decathlon China stores. - Sports lover;
- Bachelor or above, overseas experience is a plus;
- Major in logistics/supply chain/industry engineering or related, have great passion and want to develop in logistics;
- Good communication skills, on site management experiences or potential team leader;
- Able to work well under pressure;
- Fluent in English, French will be a plus;
